Don Quixote T-Shirt
The only Novel-T ballplayer to show up to the ballpark his first day already wearing his own helmetnot to mention with his own batboy in towthe ingenious gentleman Don Quixote roams center field for the National Puncs.
Quixote is one of those players with an eye for the action; if there's a collision or fight or any kind of bang-bang play on the field, Quixote is probably right in the middle of it.
A talented hitter, Quixote is one player the opposing pitchers don want to pitch to. Many suspect that Quixote may be a little mistaken when he gets to the plate and screams threats at the floodlights beyond the outfield, but National Puncs fans no better than to correct Quixote, who often is as good as his word and attacks the light with great, sailing homeruns that show those giants out there just who's boss.
Defensively, the center fielder-errant sometimes misplays balls that land in front of him, as it can take Quixote a moment or two to dismount his trusty steed, Rocinante, then field the ball, and then remount his horse and run it into the infield. After all, it's difficult to throw a ball when one carries a shield and lance!
